Welcome to Diva Modelling (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website, registering as a creator/model, or participating in our assignments, you agree to follow and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).


If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

 

 

 

1. Eligibility

 


To join or work with us, you confirm that:

 

  1. You are at least 18 years old.

  2. The information you submit is true and accurate.

  3. You are joining voluntarily and understand the nature of our work.

  4. You are not prohibited by law from participating in digital content work.

 


We reserve the right to request ID verification to confirm eligibility.

 

 

 

2. Nature of Services

 


Diva Modelling connects creators and models with:

 

  • UGC (User-Generated Content) tasks

  • Short-form video ads

  • Product demonstrations

  • Lifestyle content

  • Brand briefs

  • Modelling-related assignments

 


You understand that:

 

  • We are not an employer; creators work on an independent contractor basis.

  • Opportunities depend on client demand and your profile suitability.

  • Assignment availability may vary.

 

 

 

 

3. No Explicit Content Policy

 


To ensure safety, legality, and brand compliance:

 

  1. We strictly do NOT recommend, request, encourage, or require explicit, adult, obscene, or pornographic content.

  2. By joining, you automatically agree not to produce or share explicit content in any assignment associated with us.

  3. If you independently create explicit material, it is your own decision, and we assume no liability for it.

  4. Violation of this clause may result in:

     

    • Immediate removal from all assignments

    • Suspension or termination of partnership

    • Permanent banning from the agency

     

  5. All our briefs are brand-safe, legal, and non-explicit.

 


This clause protects both you and the agency.

 

 

 

4. Assignment Process

 


When selected for an assignment:

 

  • You will receive a brief with instructions.

  • You must submit work within the deadline.

  • Revisions may be requested if the content does not match the brief.

  • You must produce original content without using copyrighted material unless allowed.

  • You agree not to misuse client products, branding, or information.

 


Failure to follow assignment guidelines may result in cancellation of the job.

 

 

 

5. Payments

 

 

  • Payments are processed after successful submission and approval of deliverables.

  • Payment timelines may vary depending on client cycles but generally follow standard processing.

  • We do not guarantee income or assure specific earnings.

  • Any earning estimates are examples only, not promises.

  • Creators must ensure correct bank/UPI details are provided.

 


If a creator fails to complete the assignment properly, payment may not be processed.

 

 

 

6. Your Responsibilities

 


By working with us, you agree to:

 

  1. Provide accurate information.

  2. Communicate professionally and respectfully.

  3. Submit content on time.

  4. Not misrepresent the agency or clients.

  5. Not share confidential briefs, payment details, or internal communication.

  6. Follow all legal and ethical standards.

  7. Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

 

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • All brand assets, logos, product images, and briefs remain the property of their owners.

  • Content you produce may be used by the brand for marketing depending on the brief.

  • The agency may use your submitted content for portfolio or demonstration unless you request otherwise.

 


You must not misuse or resell brand-owned material.

 

 

 

8. Independent Contractor Status

 


You understand and agree that:

 

  • You are not an employee of the agency.

  • No employment benefits (PF, ESIC, salary) are provided.

  • You are responsible for your own taxes if applicable.

 

 

 

 

9. Prohibited Activities

 


You agree NOT to:

 

  • Produce explicit/adult/pornographic content under our name

  • Harass or threaten staff, clients, or other creators

  • Mislead or scam clients

  • Submit stolen or AI-generated content where not allowed

  • Share confidential instructions with third parties

  • Misrepresent your identity, experience, or abilities

 


Any violation may result in immediate termination.

 

 

 

10. Termination

 


We may suspend or terminate your access if:

 

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in explicit content creation related to our agency

  • You misuse assignments

  • You behave abusively or illegally

  • You submit fraudulent content

 


You may leave the agency at any time by notifying us.

 

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

  • We are not liable for your personal decisions or external work.

  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or misuse of information.

  • We do not guarantee continuous availability of assignments.

  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, payment gateways).

 


Your use of our platform is at your own responsibility.

 

 

 

12. Privacy

 


Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to its terms.

 

 

 

13. Changes to These Terms

 


We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised date.

Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

 

 

 

14. Governing Law

 


These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haryana.
